All of our classes combine functional movements, high-intensity intervals, strength training, varied exercises, and a total-body focus. Our movements help you perform activities in everyday life more easily. In studio classes feature a variety of equipment, including our specialty, kettlebells. At home, choose from bodyweight classes that do not require any equipment or classes that require access to only 1 dumbbell or 1 kettlebell. We offer a variety of class types. Yes! We welcome and encourage all FHITness levels. All of our trainers are nationally accredited certified personal trainers and will guide you every step of the way. Our Signature FHIT classes are designed to be easily modified to accommodate every body and ensure everyone leaves class feeling happy and successful.

To be eligible for an In Studio class, you must be 16 years or older. However, clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in order to take class. At Home, younger participants often jump into the action alongside family members during our bodyweight classes.

Our certified trainers are here to guide you, answer questions, and ensure you’re moving safely and effectively. This is a chance to challenge yourself and allow us to safely push you out of your comfort zone.

Our highly varied programming guarantees that no two classes will ever be the same. This means you can take class multiple days in a row and you will always get a full-body, strength-building, calorie-torching workout. How often you take class depends on your goals and other activities; don’t hesitate to ask any of our certified trainers for their advice. We’re here to help guide you on your FHITness journey.

If it’s your first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get acquainted with our studio. Otherwise, please arrive at least 5 minutes before every class. Late arrivals are not permitted to join class once the class has started. Other than being prompt, all you have to do is show up and our team will take it from there!

We recommend comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers (which are required), as our classes offer a combination of cardio machines, weights, and bodyweight training.

Yes! Please lock your bags and other personal belongings in our digital lockers before entering the studio, or place small belongings in the cubbies or around the perimeter of the floor inside the studio. We are not responsible for lost or missing personal items.

Our studio has pristine private showers and shared vanity stations stocked with high-end products.

Bottled water is available for purchase along with a refillable water station. 

Yes, in order to book a class you must have an account, but don’t worry, it’s easy! Create an account here before you come to class so you can focus on getting FHIT rather than boring paperwork.

Purchase a credit or membership here, then head to your preferred studio or LIVE! At Home schedule and click on the class time you want to book. For studio classes, you will be able to pick your spot on the room map. If this is your first class, get hooked on feeling FHIT with our Buy One, Get One intro offer!

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. There will be no penalties if you cancel prior to 12 hours ahead of your class time. If you cancel under 12 hours ahead of your class time and you booked using a single class credit or a credit that is part of a package, you will be charged an $18 late cancellation/no show fee. You will get to keep your credit that you booked with so you can reschedule your class.

If you cancel under 12 hours ahead of your class time and you used a Monthly 4, 8 and 12 Class Membership, you will forfeit the credit you used to book the class. We have removed the late cancellation fee. If you used an Unlimited Monthly Membership to book, you will be charged an $18 late cancellation fee.

If you miss class and you booked using a single class credit or a credit that is part of a package, you will be charged an $18 late cancellation/no show fee. You will get to keep your credit that you booked with so you can reschedule your class.

If you miss class and you used a Monthly 4, 8, or 12 Membership to book, you will not be charged a late cancellation/no show fee but you will forfeit the credit you booked with. If you used an Unlimited Monthly Membership to book, you will be charged an $18 no show fee. 

We ask that you please arrive at least 5 minutes before class, or 10 minutes for your first visit. If you are running late, please call the studio or your spot may be given away to a waitlisted client physically present at the start of class. We do not permit late arrivals to enter class once class has started. Instruction and proper technique are critical to a successful class experience and lateness can compromise safety.

We cannot make any changes to a reservation made via ClassPass or Gympass. You must contact ClassPass or Gympass to make changes to your reservation. If you booked an In Studio class via ClassPass or Gympass, your spot number is subject to change. Please confirm your assigned spot with the front desk at check-in. .

The newest week of classes is released every Sunday at 4pm. We encourage you to book your class several days in advance to guarantee your spot.

If the class you’re looking to book is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist for class and a spot opens up, you will be auto-enrolled up to 8 hours before the start  of class. You will receive an SMS message and/or email confirming your addition to class.  If a spot opens up within the 8 hour window, a member of our team will reach out to confirm before booking your reservation.

Yes, you can change your reservation for class so long as it’s 12 hours before your scheduled class time. If you need to move your booking after the 12 hour window before your scheduled class, this would result in a cancellation and you would lose that class credit.

Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Single classes expire 31 days from the date of purchase. 5 class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase. 10 class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. 20 class series packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Monthly Memberships expire 30 days from date of purchase. Monthly Memberships renew every 30 days and can be canceled anytime with 30-day written notice to info@fhittingroom.com
Online + In -Studio merchandise purchases that are unworn and unwashed with original tags can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To return visit one of our studio locations or email merchsupport@fhittingroom.com. We cannot accommodate mail in returns at this time.

First time clients receive 2 classes for the price of 1. You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to take both classes. First timers can also purchase 2 weeks unlimited for $75.

Yes! We can accommodate private classes in person at our studios or virtually anywhere in the world. We also offer group booking services. . From charity classes, birthday, and bachelor(ette) parties to corporate “sweatworking” events, our private classes offer the opportunity to get fit with coworkers + friends.

No, Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Though most class packages can be used to book guest spots.

In-studio class packages and memberships can be used in studio as well as for LIVE! At Home classes. If you purchased a LIVE! At Home package or membership, those credits may only be used for LIVE! classes.

Yes, call or email any of our studio locations to freeze or cancel your membership. We require 30 days written notice for all membership cancellations.

The LIVE! At Home classes operate on Zoom. In advance of class, download the latest version of Zoom and make sure you are receiving Fhitting Room emails.

The Zoom link (password encrypted) will be emailed to you to the email address on your account 20 minutes prior to class. If you do not receive a link please check your spam folders. If you still cannot locate the link please email live@fhittingroom.com for immediate assistance.

Yes. One person per screen. Just like in our studio classes, each person needs their own “spot.” Each person taking a LIVE! class must book a spot using a package or membership. Or, you can purchase 1 Single LIVE! Class.

Yes! We keep our classes capped at 24 (just like our studio experience) so our FHITpros can give personal attention and modifications when needed. Please let the trainer know at the beginning of class if you have any injuries/pregnancies or send them a private message via chat so they can offer you any necessary modifications.

Yes! You can book using any active Fhitting Room class package or membership already in your account. Or click here and purchase 1 Single LIVE! Class Credit for $25.

Subscribe to Fhitting Room on Demand and get unlimited access to our full library of pre-recorded workouts led by the industry’s most elite certified trainers. From bodyweight to equipment-based to pre/postnatal, there’s an effective fitness program for every body. All you have to do is show up and press play. We’ve got you from there. With workouts that range from 5 mins- 45 mins and the ability to download workouts, this is a great option if you want the flexibility to get FHIT anytime and anywhere.

No equipment, no problem! One of the best parts about Fhitting Room On Demand is that you can do workouts using your own body weight. Or, you can choose from workouts that utilize equipment including Kettlebells and/or Dumbbells. You can purchase equipment here. We recommend a mat or soft surface for abs and the fun floor work.

You can watch your Fhitting Room On Demand videos through the Intelivideo channel. Here are the steps:
1. Press the Home icon on your remote to open the main screen.
2. Scroll up or down and select Streaming Channels to access the Channel Store
3. Search for the Intelivideo channel, and press OK on your remote to open the details screen.
4. Select Add Channel to install the channel on your Roku device.
5. If you have a Roku account PIN, then you will be required to enter it.
6. Once installed, use your email address and PIN associated with your Intelivideo account to access your content on the Intelivideo channel.

Login to your account on our website.
Click “My Account” and go to the “Manage Subscriptions” tab.
Under your subscription click the “Cancel Subscription” button and follow the directions. Please note this is not accessible on the app. If you created your account within the app, you will need to cancel within your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
Go to your iOS settings
Select your name, located at the top of your settings page Select iTunes & App Store Select Apple ID (your Apple ID email)
Select View Apple ID and sign into your Apple ID account]
Scroll down to Subscriptions and select Manage Select Fhitting Room and select Cancel Subscription
Note that after cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling your subscription will not provide refunds.

Go to the video you would like to add into a Playlist.
Click + Add To button underneath the video player.
From the drop down, choose to Create New Playlist to add the video to and/or Add to Playlists to add the video to existing Playlist(s).
Users can also remove videos from Playlist(s) within the drop down.
Click SAVE.

Click My Playlists within the navigation bar on the top.
On this page, the image from the first video within the Playlist(s) will appear along with the quantity of items included.
Click the Playlist you would like to play through.
Click the PLAY ALL button underneath the Playlist title/description or click the video you would like to play within the list of videos of the selected Playlist.
Users will flow through to the video player and the Playlist will automatically play.
Once the first video is done playing, the next video in the Playlist sequence will automatically play.

Click My Playlists within the navigation bar on the top.
Click the Playlist you would like to manage/edit.
To rename a Playlist, click the title and a field will appear for users to edit. Click SAVE.
To add a description to a Playlist, click the description and a field will appear for users to edit. Click SAVE.
To delete a video in a Playlist, click the X on the right-hand side of the video image.
To reorder videos in a Playlist, click > hold > drag the video to the desired place within the Playlist.
To delete a Playlist, click Delete Playlist link underneath the PLAY ALL button.
If all videos are deleted from a Playlist, the user will be prompted to delete the entire playlist
