This advanced class uses the same principles as our Signature FHIT and adds a dose of competition. Nothing is off limits in this heart-pounding, all-out challenge of a class, including prescribed weight loads, skilled strength movements and cardio blasts. Each class ends with scores and weights recorded on our studio whiteboard so clients can benchmark progress over time.

Advanced Kettlebells
Advanced Kettlebells is a skill-based total body strength and conditioning class for those ready to take kettlebell work to the next level. Some experience with kettlebells is necessary (one should feel comfortable with the single arm and two hand deadlift, clean, swing and squat as well as overhead pressing). The goal is to improve technique and overall strength.

Frequently Asked Questions
If it’s your first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get acquainted with our studio. Otherwise, please arrive at least 5 minutes before every class. Late arrivals are not permitted to join class once the class has started. Other than being prompt, all you have to do is show up and our team will take it from there!
To be eligible for an In Studio class, you must be 16 years or older. However, clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in order to take class. At Home, younger participants often jump into the action alongside family members during our bodyweight classes.
Yes! Please lock your bags and other personal belongings in our digital lockers before entering the studio, or place small belongings in the cubbies located inside the studio. We are not responsible for lost or missing personal items.
Our studio has pristine private showers and shared vanity stations stocked with high-end products.
